this is the bf6 8-3 bioelectric impedance analyzer that one of the ones that we're going to be using in the lab today so in the past students have stated that some sort of video of the equipment would maybe be helpful so this is our first foray into that and we're gonna show you how to use the BIA scales first off you have to program the BIA scale before you can step on as the participant so we're gonna show you how to do that so in order to set the date while the machine is off you have to press and hold the down button for three seconds and then it's going to give you the option to change the year so we're gonna change that to 2019 click set then you can change the month to September and you can change the date to 60 or whatever the date is that day we don't need to program the time so you can just keep pressing set to exit through that system and then once you've completed that you'r
