hello my name is Todd hall and I'm with tier 3 support at telus system today I'm going to demonstrate how to power cycle the modem installed by Telus system and the customer supplied router first you will need a power down the wireless router to do so locate the power source on the back of the router and unplug the AC power adapter once the wireless router has been powered down we will now need to power down the telus system modem begin by locating the power cord at the back of the modem and disconnect the cord from the modem next we will remove the battery backup from the modem begin by locating the battery backup lid and push in the tab to remove the lid now you're able to pull out the backup battery from the modem at this time you will notice all the lights of the modem have gone off now that the wireless router and the telus system modem have been powered down we can now begin power
