okay this is to show you what the Verizon ellipsis is doing so if I hit the power button we get the infamous question mark on the battery indicator and if I press and hold it it'll start the boot up screen and we get the Verizon logo coming on and it will sit there for a few seconds and crashes back out now it was functioning just fine it did sit in the box for a couple of months so I'm sure the battery completely discharged but now it just simply refuses to come back on and in doing some research the battery with the question mark icon according to the Support Forums and all that indicates that the battery itself on the device has gone haywire so this would definitely be some sort of warranty issue with Verizon
