this video covers the basics of removing decals and vinyl lettering okay today we're going to be removing the vinyl decals off one of our work vehicles this is going to look extremely easy in the video because this is a very high quality vinyl and it's only two years old typically what happens is the vinyl ages and cracks and then it doesn't come off as one piece the only tip and advice I can give to you is to use heat and be very cautious about when you're pulling and removing so the first thing that you're going to do is you want to heat up the vinyl because the glue adhesive behind it is much more malleable when it comes apart and the vinyl is much more forgiving so you can just use your standard hair dryer from your house or a heat gun this is your first time use the hair dryer and it will prevent you from overcooking the panel so start and you want to get it up to it's nice and war
