Ti-nspire Cx Docking Station

today on the workbench I've got a texas instrument CX calculator with an extremely damaged charger port so i'll be giving this a teardown using a soldering iron then replace the jack and then reassemble it from there i won't be commentating for the majority of this but i will pop up from time to time to let you know what's going on so if you use a small Phillips head screwdriver it will reveal the battery in the device from there that should be pretty straightforward to remove then there is three different styles of screws in this the three underneath the battery are all Phillips head up the top I end up using a small flat head screwdriver and Sam right where my funds are there are all Meade proprietary style and screw the kinda reminded me of an S shape but a small flathead was able to do the job the bottom of the calculator is a hex screw of a medium to small variety you're not sure w
