In this Inside Endurance Sports gear tip we show you how to use the lap function on your Timex Ironman watch. To start, press the Mode button to enter the chronograph mode. Press start to begin your workout. When you hit your first lap, press the Start/Split button. This will freeze your previous lap split on the screen for about 10 seconds. When it continues, the current lap split will appear on top and the overall time will appear below. Repeat for as many laps as your workout calls for. When you are done, press the Stop/Reset button. You can now review your laps by pressing the Set/Recall button. It will start by showing your first lap split. Press the Start/Split button to advance through your laps.
