the problem you know the the sound sound issue usually uh what happens is you can you can hear the voice from you know only um once one side speaker but the main speaker you know um it doesn't work so in that case what you need to do is it's just a pretty much simple simple way to fix it the the easiest way is you know go to settings and scroll down to system and update and then you can do is reset um you don't have to do you know reset the phone itself all you have to do is uh reset all setting i have done it um you know a couple of minutes ago so you don't have to do a network settings everything will remain the same and just click this one and then when it says this at all settings um just click yes and it will fix your problem immediately you can go back and then play youtube video or any any song on your phone to see if it works and if it doesn't then you have to restart the phone
