hey guys it's Amanda from the step counter here today I want to show you real quick how to insert your Fitbit flex to you into our ankle band so I use this one myself because it's waterproof if you do I have this device is really simple to put it into our ankle band you're gonna push under the fold at the end then you're gonna turn and slip it into this pocket you want to make sure that it's getting into the pocket and not to just this end cap here then once you feel the flex to down here in the pocket go ahead and snap it and it's ready to use getting it out is gonna be the same way it makes it easier if you put your thumb against the button pull then put your finger or thumb on this top button pull it back just a little bit and then you can just slip the Flex out and it's ready to charge so that's pretty much it thanks and have a good day
