1: Device is not enabled on app
Please check if：
A:SIM card is not enabled
B:apn is not setup
2: Device is offline on APP
Please check if：
A: SIM card no signal
B. GPRS is canceled or not enabled
C. The SIM card is in debts
3: Positioning is not accurate
A: The device support two modes of positioning,
B: GPS positioning is mainly for outdoor positioning, the accuracy is around 10 meters.
C: GSM positioning is mainly for indoor positioning, the accuracy for LBS positioning is around 500-1000 meters.
When app shows offline, then need to set up the apn
Firstly, Need to ask the carrier about the apn informtaion and mccmnc of the sim card in watch
Then send those two command: pw,123456,apn,apn name,user name,password,MCCMNC#(don't need to write the username and password if it is blank)
pw,123456,ip,54.153.6.9,8001#
For Example: if you use the card Speedtalk
Apn name :apn,wholesale
Apn username:blank
the command: pw,123456,apn,wholesale,,,31026#
pw,123456,ip,54.153.6.9,8001#
If you use the card T-mobile:
Apn name:epc.tmobile.com
Apn username:blank
Apn password:blank
The command:pw,123456,ip,54.153.6.9,8001#
pw,123456,apn,epc.tmobile.com,,,31026#
Note:When your watch requires you to enter the PIN code, the watch does not have a keyboard to enter your password, so you must call the operator of the SIM card on the watch to ask you to cancel the PIN code.< br>
iPhone users, do not use iMessage to send messages ,using the SMS format
