1.Orthotic insoles are usually thick, so tight leather shoes and dress shoes are not recommended, work boots,running shoes and some loose casual shoes are good choices.

2.Do not put both the new insoles and your current insoles in the shoes at the same time as it would be too thick and wide.

3.It usually needs three days to get used to arch support inserts.

4.Keep the insoles in dry place and you can wash the insoles by hand.
