hello this is a Toshiba c6 50 with a broken hinge it's quite a common problem with this particular model and model family but this does occur on other laptops as well you can tell if it's happen because if you go to open the lid you'll see that corner here pops up the plastic is broken if I just remove this you'll be able to see so we have here the hinge plate and that's supposed to be screws going through to some captive nuts three holes down here and the plastics all sheared off so we're going to attempt to a repair using epoxy resin this is one I've done successfully quite a few times now and certainly a lot cheaper than buying a new plastic tub for the laptop and having to swap all the gear over probably not economical to do that actually so yeah let's work through how to do that flip it over check the battery panel off the back of the RAM cover panel off the hard drive cover one sc
