FAQ: How to re-pair the earbuds with one another? 

1. Turn the bluetooth off on your phone. 

2. Take both the left and right earphone out and long press both left and right earphone around 5 seconds to turn them off. 

3. After both left and right earphone power off, long press both the left and right earphone around 12 seconds. then put it back to the charging box. 

4. The blue led light will flash three tines, then only the left earphone will have light. That means they are paired. 

5. Open the BT settings on your phone and connect it.

IMPORTANT: Note that in order for the earbuds' loop to fit on your ear, they must be slightly tilted upwards, just as in the pictures.
