hello guys today I'll be showing you how to replace a speaker driver on a JBL Xtreme speaker and we sell this part it's on our website the link should be below in the description we also do service this repair this is a pretty straightforward repair and if you look it takes a couple minutes to do so let's get started first things first let's go ahead to this seams here and pry back on them I usually start by prying back on those side away from the logo as this side is the one that doesn't have this screw now we have exposed the two Phillips head screws and free them up [Music] now these screws are freed up let's go ahead and push out on the grille here like so exposing the drivers go ahead and pull the rest of it out here's our drivers and we will be pulling out one of these let's go ahead and free up four of these Phillips head screws now that's freed up let's go ahead and use like a f
