welcome to crosstalk solutions my name's Chris and today we're going to be going over a great article a great reference article that ubiquity has out on their website now I'm gonna put a link to this article down below cuz I assume that a lot of you guys are gonna want to bookmark this article and save it for future reference because it's just a really great resource in terms of understanding ubiquity 'z implementation of p OE and how the different POA devices interact with each other okay so let's take a look so this article is called unify understanding POA and how unified devices are powered so I'm kind of just going to go through this article there's a lot of great graphs down below or charts down below that we'll talk about but this first part here is basically just an introduction of what P OE is and sort of some of the standards so we'll go over that sort of really quickly but re
