okay guys today I'm going to show you a little bit about how to change zones and how to change talk groups in your MD 2017 but the same concept applies to the md380 or 390 or CS 580 or just whatever it's the it's the same concept to change zones you will go menu go down select a zone zone list and then pick out what zone you want see these are all my local repeaters so one is some of my analog stuff and there's my open spot so you select it highlight it and then hit confirm and then on ok now you've just turned that zone on now to change top groups you can trackball right or left these up at the top see NorCal that is your top group this at the bottom is your zone top group say let's see we're back to 3,100 3,100 and I'm in open spot open spots my zone 3100 is the top group in that zone so you just go left and right on my radio I have these up and down buttons programmed to change my zo
