all right folks so this is the 402 45 and 245 music from the Garmin so the 400 two 45s are gonna be one step up from the point of 45 that I just reviewed and it updates the previous generation former 235 with a lot of new features that makes it a pretty capable sport watch and we'll get into how it actually performs as a sports watch here in a little bit but I've been testing them out for about the last month or two and I've used them for running both indoors and outdoors cycling both indoors and outdoors as well Jim based activities like weight training as well as some gym based cardio just so you can get a better idea of how it's gonna work for you so this video does help you out at all please hit that like button down below it definitely helps the channel out a lot and I appreciate it so the 402 forty-five comes in two different versions one with music and then one without but other
