okay I just wanted to make a quick video to share my findings on Dell power supplies for Dell inspiration laptops now I'm pretty sure Dell did this intentionally but it took me some time to figure out because I've never seen this with another laptop basically you turn on the laptop and it says incompatible power supply even though it's an original dell power supply of the correct wattage and it says nope incompatible power supply and your computer runs really sluggish and if you go into Windows and task manager you'll see that your processor is running the absolute minimum speed because it thinks it's not getting enough power because it can't confirm that it is in fact the correct power supply to the laptop okay let me tell you what's wrong so you have your connector here on your DC connector to charge or power your laptop well guess what it'll still power on the laptop it's getting it
