i do not like this brand more high prices poor quality packaging including the lines can not be replaced it is too inferior my headphone journey started with sennheiser hd 580 stroke 650 denon r7000 and now the edition eight since purchasing the eights i've sold my maxed out headroom desktop and because it's not needed i'm now going straight from my ipad and just as happy you don't need a 1500 amp to get clarity like i did with the other headphones very happy after two years of continual use depending on your head size i think most people would be very happy also the price has dropped under a grand and can be found used for 700. great style great sound best all around headphones i have owned had a pair of denims that sounded amazing and these match that sound are more comfortable and served better as an all-purpose headphone these are my escape bought these headphones on for 10 minutes
