UMP AC Adapter

hi guys and welcome back to another electronics video for my reverse engineering series today I have a regular power adapter here in front of me as you can see the input is 120 volts AC at 60 Hertz or and 12 watt power rating and the output is 12 volt DC at 500 milliamps and then also based on the symbol here you can see that on the other end of the of the connector it's a positive center now I've already cut off the connector so in this case positive would normally be the cable that is marked in distinct marketing so it's with the white stripes on here so what I thought we'd do today is actually open up this adapter and see what's going on inside I think I'm going to need a hammer for this one just to get it started okay those just got bent slightly and or pushed in you can hear something rattling in there it's starting to deform a little bit okay well we finally got it open here so th
