this is a terminator lock this is used on one of these boxes to keep people from either stealing cable or mucking around with the cable regardless anyways what you want to do is when these are actually placed there in there it kind of looks like a little tire tube deal where you load up the air in there the only way these will come off is there's a little thing inside that spins that will unlock this device see that inner piece right there it's got like threads on it that's the only thing that's gonna make it be able to spin so what I did is I used needle nosed what I did is I just grabbed it in there and I locked in I made sure I locked in to the inner piece in here that spins and I just basically turned it half turns making sure that that inner piece was turning it took probably about a dozen turns full turns or maybe less to pop that sucker off but yeah needle nose pliers work world
