hi there I like from back come today Yugi I'm just going to show you through a really quick look at the electrolux icon repair doh this particular machine has just come in because the customer said it's not charging so one of the new is just quickly show you how to check whether it's the charger or the battery in the machine nine times out of ten it's actually the charger these tend to flake out and don't put it out what they're meant to so we're gonna show you plugging this guy in turn a multimeter around 2 volts ok and what I'm gonna do it's just what those round okay so one probe goes inside the end one probe goes on the outer and what we're seeing here is that we're actually getting a nice constant 18.8 volts which means that this is actually charging just fine the problem with the machine therefore is going to be in the battery it only turns on for a moment [Applause] and then cuts
