hi I'm Chelsea from crucial vacuum calm and today we are going to be replacing your batteries on your neato xv-21 here at crucial vacuum we call and fill so you're going to flip fill over and you're going to need a Phillips head screwdriver just going to unscrew these compartments move the screw and remove the top and you're going to just kind of pull out the little white connector and then pop out the battery I'm not my new earrings that battery powered our battery from crucial vacuum calm looks exactly the same but it's way cheaper and it's shipped to you for free it's no-brainer so you're going to take this little white connector and line it up there's a rounded beveled edge that you'll see and you'll just kind of line it up with these four holes and then you just pop what do you take the top put it back on screw screw driver and that's pretty self-explanatory your squirrel with it o
