hi this is Ryan with sound run today I'm going to go over how to set up and sync the pile PSB thr 70 Bluetooth chronograph and heart rate monitor now the first thing we're going to want to do is pair the heart rate monitor to the watch step 1 wet the leads of the heart rate monitor strap fix the strap around your body and fasten it tightly next press the mode button on the watch until you get to the workout mode press and hold the mode button to bring up the settings hit mode to scroll through the settings all the way to the bottom until we get to the heart rate payer option hit the start button to pair the heart rate watch with a monitor next we're going to want to pair the heart rate monitor to your phone download gps trainer for iphone & fitness master for android you may have to scroll down in the search results to find each open up the app after downloads once you're in the app you
