food is memories I think when you're in the kitchen and you're talking that's when you know how your day went that's what you talked about how work went you know if you're out doing chores you're distracted you're doing laundry you don't do it they're you doing when you're cooking because that's the time to figure out how the day went was it good was it bad you know and then as we started those those memories and I think cooking and making lunches and breakfasts and dinners with family and few of the friends it takes you back to a time where it's like there's no electronics needed it's it's catching up it's talking it's it's learning it's loving it's all together and it's all centered right there in the kitchen with cooking baking has always been a huge tradition in my family I have the most fond memories of cooking and eating with my family and eating with Garrett's family and cooking
