we want to make a stencil with the American flag since the flag has three colors in it I made three squares each one of those is a piece of crooked vinyl that we're working with so let's click on your plague and go up here and ungroup it and now that's great let me work with each layer separately I can just go in the layer tab and tell it I want to work with the weight layer and hold down the shift key on my keyboard and click on the rag and it was like this let's just do that again there we go and I work with those two layers and then one slice so now it's gonna do is slice the weight and the red which gives us a right piece that looks like this okay so now let's click on that blue piece we're going to arrange it and pull it to the front now we're going white those little stars from the blue piece kind of the weight so we'll select both of those and you see this time I did with the win
