Uxcell a15082500ux0005 Female Adapter Dual Row Screw Breakout Board

hi everyone so I'm working on solo v3 and then the problem is here that I've made this little it's kind of like a breakout board and I've pushed the SP 32 in and I can push in wires along the side here of this little had a block thing but the wires can fall out and stuff like that so I've looked at the Arduino Nano and for the Nano I have this thing and you pushed Nano in and somebody's made a PCB and they've got traces or track that goes from the from where the pin goes from the Nano / - these little terminal blocks and it's really cool because you can pull them on a young fallout and it means you have a good connection and really you need a good connection with these sorts of things because you need to be able to write mine and anyway these things here they just fall out if I just give them a gentle tug or if you know something pulls here you know just pull straight out so I need some
