Fellowes 40-CAPACITY DISKETTE TRAY ( 90211 ) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

welcome in this video i'm going to be taking a look at this usb powered three and a half inch floppy drive so i don't know the brand name on this it's right here i don't know how to uh pronounce that but i'll put a link in the description to this on amazon and if you use that link it helps me out a little bit and doesn't cost you anything extra so i'll be connecting this up to windows 10 mac linux and raspberry pi and see if it works with those systems so this works with 1.44 megabyte floppy disks like this and it doesn't work with the 800k floppies that max used to use you'll actually probably need to get an old mac to read those because i don't know of any external drives that can read those what i have here is a floppy formatted with fat and it has an image on it so i'll mount this on each machine and see if i can open it okay so i can look a little closer here it has an eject button
