we bought these about a year ago for our four-year-old boy with high functioning asd and sensory processing issues he is very afraid of loud sudden noises dart our occupational therapist advised us not to overuse them as he has to get used to dealing with sounds in a normal environment like a parking lot but these were great for 4th of july this year he went from these fireworks are upsetting me to time for more fire work sequels these are durable enough and are worth the price these worked amazingly my three-year-old has been asking to go to a country music concert for months we have an outside venue nearby but i felt it would still be much too loud for him to enjoy safely these fit perfectly reduced the sound exponentially and have room for him to grow i would totally recommend them to any parent considering this brand my son has high functioning autism he normally doesn't like things
