This whimsical set of note cards features a vintage illustration by artist Thomas Maybank (1898-1912), entitled "Moonlight Discovery." The design features a pair of mischievous children, shown in silhouette, who have sneaked out of the house at night only to discover the merry dance of a real live fairy ring! This originally black-and-white illustration has been painstakingly colorized to delightful effect.
Cards are made from sturdy index-weight cardstock (199 g/m², 110 lb index) and measure 5.5" by 4.25". Set includes eight note cards, all with the same design, and eight white A2 size envelopes. Cards are blank inside for your own sentiment. The envelopes are the traditional moisten-to-seal type. The set comes packaged in a clear cellophane polybag.
