hey this is jake from garmin and i'm here to show you just how easy it is to switch out the wristband on your forerunner 610 running watch or your approach s3 golf watch there's just a couple simple steps and it's really easy to do so let's take a quick look begin by using the provided tool to locate the pin on each side of the strap and push it through then once you do that you're able to grab it from the other side maybe with some needle nose pliers and pull it out the rest of the way then you'll repeat that process on the other half of the strap just like that the old wristband is off of the watch so now you're ready to put the new watch band on which is basically the same steps you just did but in Reverse so you take the new wristband and you put it flush to that body of the watch and make sure there isn't a gap and you just slide a pin in there and you can use a tabletop or an edge
