Xtend Battery for MacBook Pro 15" MB470LL/A Battery (Aluminum, Late 2008)

below and welcome to the o WC instructional series of videos in this installment we'll be replacing the battery in a late 2008 15-inch MacBook Pro we've gathered our materials shut down the MacBook Pro and have placed it on a soft static free work surface we are now ready to begin the first step is to close the MacBook Pro and flip it over near the bottom left is a small latch lift this latch and the bottom cover will come loose remove the cover and you'll see the battery taking up about three-quarters of the bay using the plastic tab on top gently lift the original battery up and out of the bay on the bottom of the new battery you'll see the power connections line these connectors up with the connectors on the MacBook Pro and set the battery into place put the bottom cover back into place by first lining up the lower tabs close the latch to lock the cover into place you may now flip yo
