in this video we will be seeing an econo seal Spartan cart nur for this application we are loading pouches of product into a reverse tuck style carton the machine is sensitive to such conditions as no product no carton erect and no carton no product loading the machine features a pouch collator and stacker provided by an outside source a 10-foot intermittent bucket conveyor and a 5-foot extended powered magazine the pouches of product are fed into the collator and stacker which will automatically load two buckets with a single drop the conveyor will then index once to allow product to be loaded into the erected carton and then a second time to allow two more empty buckets to align with the collator stacker as it preps for the next drop cartons are erected from the magazine using a standard vacuum arm arrangement and placed down on a flighted chain where the leading and trailing flights
