well bad news here my printer did not get broken from this but after tightening it all the way print about four labels and on the last label that I printed only this much came out I have the little option to cut an extra blank went off before he's print and the fourth one thought this much came out on the blank and I knew something was up and I immediately opened the printer and tried to stop it but didn't want to force anything so I just let it try and cut it didn't cut it and this was all messed up in there so I just grabs me you know I just opened up the printer and like this and it was all caught up in here so I just you know pulled it as much as I could with my hand and just slowly very carefully snipped away at it so I could pull it out and it still seems we're fine with the brand name but these guys are going back and sorry for him that's gonna one star she was guys
