WillBest Power Panel PSLF990G05A BN44-00666B is Used

so today I've got this little Samsung 42 inch plasma h PT 42 54 the problem that we're having with it is it does startup it does run for sometimes a minute two minutes five minutes on the sudden you hear a little pop through the speakers the set goes off it starts cycling on and off the relay start clicking I was hoping it would do it while I'm just sitting here watching it but it doesn't appear like it's going to let's go ahead and pull the back and measure some voltages and see if we can figure out what's going on well I've got the back off the set plugged it in immediately it's doing its clicking thing it's not starting whatsoever and I've gone ahead and I've measured some of the voltages that are supposed to be here these pins on the bottom should have 12 volts on it over here I should have 5 volts and I can't see the meter from where I am right now but I'm getting none of these vol
