what's going on YouTube it's Tyler the antennae man and today I'm going to test out the Winegard LNA 200 signal amplifier for television antennas now the reason I am trying this out is because I install television antennas locally I've noticed in some scenarios that even though I'll get a good signal locked up on the roof when I start running the wire down to you know people's houses even if there isn't a splitter the signal tends to disrupt a little bit and something I learned is that every I believe is somewhere along lines of 18 to 20 feet that coax runs you lose about one decibel of signal which can make the difference between a dropout every 15 seconds and a dropout every 15 minutes I'd prefer dropout every 15 minutes than every 15 seconds because that's almost unwatchable so I'm going to show you the difference in signal strengths on several TV stations with and without the amplif
