[Music] [Music] this is the old RV here and today we're going to show you how I repaired my wingman Winegard RV antenna now I don't want to touch the integrity of the roof by just going and getting a new antenna in fact this was just about a six dollar repair it was the elevating gear it could also be the crank handle it can also be the worm gear and today we'll show you exactly what we did to repair it in this photo you'll see a silvery type substance down at the bottom that's actually the black plastic gear that's been destroyed by ultraviolet radiation after 16 years of use plus the elevation gear as you can see off to the right it's broken so let's replace it and that should take care of this repair as you look at the place where the gear is broken off inside of the base of the antenna there you'll see it cut out there which is where when you take the cotter pin off you can pull the
