1.Turn off Bluetooth.

2.Take out 2 earbuds, they will flash red and blue light. Please wait for 5 seconds before the light of one bud is off to ensure the earbuds connect with each other automatically.

3.If you are iPhone user, the phone interface will pop up a pairing window, click Done to finish first pairing. If you are Android user, open Bluetooth, search and choose i11 to make first pairing.

4.The earbuds will make a pair with your devices automatically as soon as you take out 2 earbuds in the next pairing.

PS: If one bud stop working, please repeat the above steps. If that still fails, maybe the battery is flat. You have to put it back in the charging case to charge.
