Q: Fail connecting between earbuds & device or between right & left earbuds ?
A: Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices. Press and hold the buttons for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes and earbuds turn off and put the earbuds back to charging case then take out the earbuds again.
