Tips for using the fingerboard:

1. When using, stretch your fingers apart and keep your fingers in the correct position.

2. Severe flexion of the fingers can be done by others, and those with mild flexion can wear them themselves.

3. Adjust the tightness of the strap according to the fineness and contraction of the finger, and gradually adjust the strap as the sputum condition is reduced.

4. When the time of wearing the fingerboard is about 20 minutes, it should be taken off to observe whether there is any indentation at the finger squeeze.
