This sacroiliac support is manufactured using a white brocade material and includes elastic releases at the bottom to provide you with the utmost convenience without sacrificing the level of support offered. You can easily adjust its size and the pressure exerted on your body by simply pulling on the back lace. It easily closes at the front using a hook and eye fastener in the middle so you don't have to contort yourself into an awkward position just to get the support into place. There aren't any bits of metal holding everything in place like you might have expected, and instead there are flexible stays at the front, side and back of the support. For extra comfort, it comes with a removable sacral pad which fits snugly into a water-repellent pocket at the small of your back. As a woman's size and shape are highly individual and vary from person to person, we do our best to to accommodate the widest range of figures possible, offering sizes from 30-46 in even increments.
