hello welcome to best reviews at YouTube this item has a rating of 3.0 out of 5 stars a customer wrote I don't know why these are still for sale when so many of us have reported that they inexplicably died mine lasted three runs but I mostly like them so was willing to purchase to give them the second try dot I'm also trying these because I'm desperate to run and bike without hair but wires dot when I say I mostly like them they didn't really play nice with my Mac the built-in software seems to be for Windows but they're not hard to adapt also the controls take time to master there is a volume control toggle that you think is for skipping from track to track and there is what seems to be a volume control wheel that's actually for skipping tracks forward and back thank you for watching please give the thumbs up
