if you're making a half inch strap there are a couple of different options for hardware as you can see the half inch nickel and antique brass sliders which we carried are a little bit different from the other sizes of hardware they've got a movable post in the middle don't let that confuse you though just consider that movable post to be stationary and use this slider exactly the same way that you use the other sliders in our half inch black hardware we have both strap adjusters and sliders which are the more normal styles but in our metal assortment the antique brass and nickel we carry only the sliders with the moveable posts sometimes I'll use both a strap adjuster and a slider or two sliders if I'm using the metal hardware on one strap for instance this on the go bag has a very long strap and it's really nice to add an extra slider to hold the strap together here's how you do that t
