so you got this jabra headset and the case won't open you're like pulling on it you're squeezing here you're squeezing here it doesn't open this is the easiest thing you got to do is grab it like this squeeze a little bit push in here and pull it open that's it but you got to do a little squeeze in here to encourage that thing to open that's it one finger otherwise it's not coming open it's a pain in the neck but if you do that it's gonna come right open that's it have a great day
