what's up YouTube Keaton here finally got a resolution or replace me an option for you guys who have a Playstation Platinum headsets or the gold headsets PlayStation or Sony I should say likes to say that if you break this USB receiver or what a dongle as they call it then you have to purchase a whole new headset now I don't know about you but I don't have 100 or 200 dollars to purchase a whole new headset now the replacement piece was kind of pricey only because of the shipping but we'll get into that so the first thing I did when I had the old broken one I looked up the model number and you flip this around on the top row there you'll see the model number CEC hya - zero-zero nine-one when I pulled that up know where I could find anything so for one place on eBay one seller who apparently refurbishes these items in the resuits - mouth he had like 40 at the time I think he only had one
