today we're going to review replacing the transfer kit on the hewlett packard color laserjet 4700 when it's time to replace this the machine will display on the control panel that the transfer kit life has ended and it needs to be replaced to replace it you want to open the top cover the bottom cover the transfer kits this black piece right here you want to pull this green handle down and on the bottom left and right there's going to be a blue tab here and one on the opposite side when i take this out i'll show you just pinch them together and it pulls out there's one here and there's one on this side right here the new one is going to go in in the exact reversal process you're just going to put it until it clicks you're going to close it and then close the lid the machine will automatically begin to calibrate with the new transfer kit and will reset the life of the transfer kit at the
