laptop which is a HP four-forty gg3 but it this is the same issue that happens with the 450g and what it is is the G and H keys and the backspace don't work everything else works fine I can type and I can type any other letter except for those so of course what I did was I took out the keyboard cleaned everything off because sometimes you can get dust on the back of your keyboard in these areas so I cleaned all of that off everything's fine reattach the ribbon cable and then still nothing so at least for those keys so delete which is how we kind of get around it but then I still can't type G or H I can't type those at all just those keys so then what I tried next was to go online and google it and of course though it's a software is this it's not it's not a BIOS setting and if I raise the keyboard up then I can type the G and H so it's obviously not a software think that's a hardware th
