we’re going to spend some time with Yamaha’s RX-A1000, 2000, and 3000 receivers. Down in
front of me I’ve got their A2000 model, they share a few common features like 8 HDMI
inputs, and 2 outputs. I couldn’t even put together a list of 8 HDMI inputs to use so
it’s a very future proof receiver. They’re all network receivers so you can stream audio
directly from your PC or from any of the thousands of internet stations that are available. It’s
got a USB input right on the front for connecting portable devices or even just plugging in
a flash drive. They’re all 7.2-channels built in with lots of power behind each amplifier
