hey guys so in today's video i'm going to be showing you how to set up your olympus ws853 audio recorder so we're just going to start out by putting in the batteries so one thing that i found is that it asks for the negatives to be up and positives down usually you have like negative up negative down but in this case you have both of the batteries facing the same direction and then once you do that you'll want to slide up the power button on the top right side turn that on and on the version it'll ask you for basically the battery type if your batteries are rechargeable you want to click the nimh version and if it's alkaline where the batteries are not rechargeable then you would select that option but the batteries that came with this model are rechargeable so i'm going to select the nimh and hit ok next it wants to ask me to set the time and date so i'm going to do that for today's da
