hi Dave here from Russell technicals work thanks for tuning in to our video shorts series in this video we're going to go over the basics of Russ sound speaker selectors there are three flavors of Russ sound speaker selectors the SF series that comprises of the SS 4.2 and the SS 6.2 the SDB series that comprises of the SDB 2.1 the s DB 4.1 and the f DB 6.1 and the pro series that comprises of the pro six the pro eight and the pro twelve the SS 4.2 can handle up to four pairs of speakers and the SS 6.2 is for up to six speaker pairs the SS series is resistor based and with the impedance matching engaged can only provide a 4 ohm load to the connected amplifier there is bypass switch on the rear of the SS series speaker selectors that can be engaged for use with impedance matching volume controls the SS series offers simple on/off buttons for each speaker pair the s DB series our Otto form
