    Green S (28-34 cm for legs), green M (35-41 m for legs), green L (42-47 cm for legs) and green XL (48-55 cm for legs)

    Orange S (28-34 cm for legs), Orange M (35-41 m for legs), Orange L (42-47 cm for legs), Orange XL (48-55 cm for legs) (mm)

I have the same size as you, I've chosen the Large size, it snugly fit my thigh and knee, hope my answer is helpful to you

Answer: We recommend washing it by hand, in warm water, with mild soap. We recommend letting it air-dry for best maintenance.
